Our elaborate, 5+ days per week baseball training plan is designed for players dedicated to investing time and effort to develop their game. It includes intensive PT screening, movement profile screening, strength and conditioning baseline testing, and hitting/pitching testing. The plan provides players with a detailed road map of their workout plan, arm care program, mobility/prep work/movement program, and hitting/pitching programs.
Our 2x per-week in-person baseball training plan is perfect for players who can't make it in person regularly or have a lower commitment level than the in-person training. It includes intensive PT screening, movement profile screening, strength and conditioning baseline testing, and hitting/pitching testing. This all-inclusive plan provides players with a detailed road map of their workout plan, arm care program, mobility/prep work/movement program, and hitting/pitching programs. In addition, players will have access to our app, which will serve as an extension of our in-person training at the palm of their hands. The app will house players' training plans, prep routines, arm care programs, and hitting/pitching plans.
Our remote plan is for players who can't attend our facility but seek guidance in their baseball training journey. It includes an initial PT screening, movement profile assessment, baseline strength and conditioning testing, and video analysis breakdown (hitting/pitching). Players will have access to an account on our app that will provide them with their workout plans, arm care program, prep routines, and hitting/pitching plan. In addition, our app allows players to share videos and communicate with staff straight from their app. It allows for real-time video sharing and coach-to-player interaction. We must note that all our remote clients will have access to schedule in-person sessions if they choose at no additional cost.
To get started, submit your application, and our team will carefully review your information. If accepted, you will receive an official acceptance letter into the program, welcoming you to the Mayberry Baseball family.

Our program includes rigorous strength and conditioning testing to maximize your potential on the field. Through these assessments, we assess your current physical abilities, establish baseline measurements, and develop a customized training plan to enhance your strength, speed, agility, and endurance.
We dive deep into your hitting or pitching technique using advanced technology such as video analysis. Our experts will closely examine your mechanics, identify areas of improvement, and provide invaluable insights to refine your skills and optimize your performance on the diamond.

For baseball players, arm care is of utmost importance. Our program includes a personalized arm care regimen developed by our experts to ensure the health and longevity of your throwing arm. By focusing on proper warm-up techniques, targeted exercises, and recovery protocols, we prioritize the well-being of your arm.
Building upon the analysis conducted in our testing phase, we will create a customized hitting or pitching plan tailored to your specific strengths, weaknesses, and goals. We aim to enhance your abilities and unlock your full potential as a player through personalized drills, techniques, and training sessions.
We provide access to our exclusive app, "The Blueprint," to keep you engaged and motivated throughout your journey. This app serves as a hub for communication, training resources, progress tracking, and valuable educational content, ensuring that you have all the tools you need for success at your fingertips.
We believe in regularly assessing your development as you progress through the program. Periodic retesting of all baseline data points allows us to gauge your growth, identify areas of improvement, and make necessary adjustments to your training plan. Additionally, regular player check-ins ensure open communication and allow you to address any concerns or queries.
For remote athletes, Mayberry Baseball conducts scheduled video check-ins to ensure that the athlete is progressing as expected and meeting their goals and expectations. We make the necessary adjustments to their workout and hitting/pitching plans to ensure continued progress.
We offer three plans designed to enhance performance throughout the season:

This program includes arm care and mobility routines, and prep routines organized to keep players mentally and physically ready to compete. Players will have access to coaches for review, video analysis, and weekly player/coach Zoom check-ins.
